Oatmeal and honey are just two of the ingredients which make this bar good for you. Those with eczema or other skins irritations will find this bar healing. Honey is anti-microbial while oatmeal and aloe will keep your skin hydrated.
Why’s it called Breakfast Bar?
A co-worker shared that she had issues with dry skin. As we talked, I considered what recipe I could create that might help. The ingredients that seemed to be a good combination were oatmeal, honey, aloe and milk (almond milk). Before giving her a bar I used one myself. In addition to smelling great, it left my skin feeling hydrated and smooth. I was not sure of what to call it so I asked those who follow City Girl Soaps on Instagram to weigh in. Zoeycat123’s idea was selected. Thanks for the great idea!
